1. Data controller
Ginkgo Labs, based in the Algarve, Portugal, is the controller of the data collected through this site. For any question about your data, contact ginkgolabs@protonmail.com.
2. What data we collect
Only the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form: your name, your email and the message you write. We collect no other personal data, and the site uses no tracking cookies or analytics tools.
3. How we use your data
Solely to reply to your enquiry. We do not use your data for marketing, and we neither sell nor share it with third parties for that purpose.
4. How it is processed
Form submissions are processed by the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message to our email. For this purpose, the data may be processed on servers outside Portugal. The site is hosted on Microsoft Azure.
5. Language preference
We store your language choice (PT/EN) only in your browser (localStorage). It is not a tracking cookie and never leaves your device.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your message only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship arising from it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your data, and to object to it. To exercise these rights, write to ginkgolabs@protonmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
8. Changes
We may update this policy when necessary. The date above reflects the latest update.
